We help HVAC contractors find the right software to run their business.
Who We Are
We’re an independent research and comparison resource focused on one thing: helping HVAC contractors, dispatchers, and business owners across the United States choose the right software for their operations.
We are not a software company, and we don’t sell our own scheduling, dispatch, or field service platform. That’s intentional. It means our comparisons aren’t built to steer you toward a product we happen to own — they’re built to help you find the tool that actually fits your business.
Why We Started This
Running an HVAC business means juggling scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoicing, and customer relationships — often across two or three disconnected tools. Meanwhile, the software market itself is crowded and confusing. Dozens of platforms all claim to be «the best,» pricing is rarely transparent, and most review sites are paid to rank certain products higher.
We built this site to cut through that. Every guide here is organized around a simple question: what decision will you be able to make after reading it? Whether you’re a solo technician comparing your first scheduling app or an operations manager evaluating enterprise field service platforms, our goal is to get you to a clear answer — not a longer list of options.
How We Evaluate Software
We research each platform using publicly available information: pricing pages, product documentation, feature lists, integration capabilities, and verified user feedback. When we compare tools, we look at the same core criteria across the board, including:
- Pricing and plan structure
- Dispatch and scheduling capabilities
- CRM and customer management
- Estimating and invoicing tools
- Mobile app functionality
- Integrations (QuickBooks, payments, etc.)
- Ease of use and setup time
- Fit by business size (solo contractor through large teams)
We check pricing and features regularly and note when a page was last reviewed, since HVAC software changes fast and we’d rather flag outdated information than let it sit.
We do not claim hands-on field experience running an HVAC business, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we do bring is structured, consistent research across the software landscape — the kind of side-by-side comparison that’s hard to do on your own when you’re busy running jobs.
How We Make Money
Some of the links on this site are affiliate links, and some pages display advertising. If you sign up for a product through certain links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects our rankings or recommendations — a tool doesn’t get a better review because it pays us, and a tool isn’t excluded because it doesn’t.
Questions or Corrections?
Software changes constantly, and we know we won’t always get everything right the first time. If you spot outdated pricing, a missing feature, or something that doesn’t match your own experience with a product, we want to hear about it. Reach out through our Contact Us page.
